Vellum Wrap – Wild Poppy
A vellum wrap is an elegant statement. The vellum wrap is made from a translucent paper. They are lovely because they give just a little peek through to your invitation. These wrap around your invitation suite and can be secured with a ribbon, a wax seal, or both! Another minimal look is to secure the wrap with twine.
This vellum wrap features delicate water colour wild poppies adding a pretty and romantic feel to your suite. Absolutely perfect for a beach wedding or a vintagewedding.
You may have two or three paper pieces in your wedding suite such as the invitation, a map and a details card. So it’s a good idea to keep your wedding suite together tidily. That way your stationery won’t arrive in the post all messy. The solution needs to be practical but it is also a way of adding a beautiful detail, a pop of colour, or a touch of elegance.
The vellum wraps are light for posting and also provide a little peak of your suite through the transparent vellum paper. You need to secure these closed so you can use a ribbon, twine, or wax seal.
DESCRIPTION:
The vellum wraps will fit around a 5 x 7″ invitation and are 5 ” (18 cm) high and 11″ (28 cm) wide. They are shipped unfolded as scoring may crack the vellum paper. Therefore they need to be gently hand folded. Also, there can be slight variations in invitation size so hand folding ensures the perfect fit.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the printed side of the vellum wrap face down. To fold, place your invitation in line with the top and bottom of the wrap and 3 1/4″ (7 cm) from the left hand side. Fold gently, making sure you keep it aligned at the top and bottom of the invitation. Fold the right hand flap over. The vellum will overlap in the middle. Secure with your ribbon or wax seal.
